To account for unpredictable factors like weather, traffic conditions, or delays from previous collections, we generally provide a 2-hour time slot buffer for each collection (e.g., 9 am - 11 am / 1 pm - 3 pm / 3 pm - 5 pm) to ensure punctuality and allow short breaks for our team members.
